Learning Outcomes:
At the end of this training you will have an understanding of:
- The responsibilities and role of an internal auditor in the maintenance and improvement of Management Systems.
- The Plan, Do, Check and Act (PDCA) cycle and the Model of Process-Based
- Quality Management system, the purpose and structure of the Standard.
- How to Plan and Prepare for an Audit.
- How to gather objective evidence through observation, interview and sampling of the management system.
- How to write factual reports that help improve the effectiveness of the management system.
- How to suggest ways in which the effectiveness of corrective action might be verified.
- Personal attributes, manner, attitude and sustainability as an auditor.
Certification:
By successfully completing this IRCA certified auditor training course you will have demonstrated that you have the knowledge and basic skills to undertake a management systems audit by passing the relevant IRCA examination and skills assessment.
