Would you like to be known as someone who gets things done properly and brings everyone along with them? Of course, you would.

Nowadays, everyone needs to be a project manager. The skills are enormously valuable and very transferrable; and significantly increase both personal and team effectiveness.

The Emotionally Intelligent Project Management programme takes a candid, jargon free and very practical approach to managing projects, both the process and the people. It takes the learner from set up of a project through to project closure. It emphasises the importance of strong, comfortable leadership and works with the learners to develop their confidence, self-awareness and their relationship with all the people around a project. Participants work on their own live projects throughout the programme.

Who is this course suitable for?
Anyone who has a project to lead or a body of work to execute.

Specialists who want to build their management and leadership skills.

Managers who are not project managers.

A manager and his/her team. As a result of everyone attending together, the manager can have full confidence when delegating any body of work to a member of her/his team, knowing that everyone has a common approach, a shared language and set of tools and a mutual understanding of how their project will be run and their roles in it.

This course is also useful for experienced project managers as a revision, and also as a highlighter of the importance of their leadership, people and communication skills.
