If you are looking to train in a recognised Teaching course, in Dublin, then our award winning training centre may just be the right choice for you.This course is designed for anyone wishing to begin their career in teaching. If you are already teaching in your workplace and want to gain the skills and confidence to present structured, professional training then this is your starting point.
Covering class preparation, planning and basic course design, you will also gain teaching delivery skills and participate in microteaching sessions. This qualification provides a sound introduction to teaching/training and is suitable for both experienced practitioners who would like to secure a professionally recognised qualification as well as those new to teaching.
The Award in Education & Training is the professional qualification suitable for you, if you do not have any teaching experience or qualification. It is the starting point and minimum standard required. It is also ideal for those already teaching
but wish to gain an official qualification. You do not need to currently hold a teaching post to gain your Education and Training award.
COURSE STRUCTURE
You will attend a total 3 days of class. You will be given access to our unique Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) where you will have access to all of the CIBHT learning resources for this course. You will be able to complete and submit your assignment
on our VLE where you will receive tutor feedback and support.
You will be guided on the preparation and delivery of a teaching session to your class peers in a realistic learning environment.
