Aims and Objectives - Pre-contract Investigation of Title
The aim of the morning event is to provide practitioners with an overview of the new conveyancing system in light of the impending introduction of the pre-contract title investigation procedure. The objective is to equip Conveyancing practitioners with the necessary practical knowledge to embrace this change. The morning event will include a panel discussion to deal with Frequently Asked Questions. The seminar is designed in collaboration with members of the Conveyancing Committee Pre-Contract Title Investigation Task Force.

Aims and Objectives – Annual Property Law Update Conference
In our afternoon event, we aim to provide practitioners with an overview of recent and on-going developments in Conveyancing practice. The objective is to equip Conveyancing practitioners with the necessary practical knowledge to embrace recent and future changes and developments. The seminar is designed in collaboration with members of the Conveyancing Committee of the Law Society and includes an overview of Committee proposals and work in progress.

• PRA update
• Assisted Decision Making Act – implications for the conveyancer
• Property Fraud – a PRA and regulatory perspective
